Stand Form - also known as Zhang Zhuang (Post Standing) or Standing Meditation. One of the foundations of the Cheng Ming syllabus, Stand Form has a myriad of physical benefits and increases mental strength and confidence. Here is an audio guide for doing Set 1 of the Stand Form. Hand positions are not described, only body posture.

Ba Duan Jin - a wonderful video of a set of Chinese exercises which will help you keep your lungs strong and also help you recover from lung illness just that bit better. Please do these daily if you can during this Coronavirus time. The video is very calming as well.

Video of the Cheng Ming warm-up......WARNING! Please do NOT go hard on this warm-up as they suggest, just do it within your own capabilities and comfort level. The amount of vigour with which they do the warm-up would NOT be approved by the Australian Martial Arts Industry Association. Do not do any exercises we don't normally do in our warm-up.

There are some unauthorised (by the Cheng Ming school) videos by some Israeli people who used to belong to Cheng Ming. I believe this video covers the whole Cheng Ming Tai Chi form, which they refer to as the Chen Pan Ling form. Note that the Israelis do such a soft version of the form that it may look a little lazy or like they are not finishing moves off completely. Please use these only as a reminder of what comes next, not as a guide to technique.
